Services

Let Her Rise, LLC will provide Client with Coaching services. These services will be provided as two Zoom meetings twice a month for six months at a cost of $200 per month. This cost will be billed monthly (at the 1st of each month after initial payment) or can be prepaid in full at $1,000 ($200 discount).

What Clients Can Expect from Let Her Rise, LLC

Colossians 3:9-10 ● Bold Faith - Our actions and decisions are driven by a deep, unwavering faith in God’s guidance, enabling us to take courageous steps in serving our clients and fulfilling our mission. 1 Corinthians 16:13 ● Growth - We are dedicated to the continuous personal and professional development of our team and clients and therefore will always be honest and will never “sugar-coat” anything or tell you what we think you want to hear. All growth is inspired by God’s vision for our potential and our purpose. 2 Peter 3:18 ● Discovery - We value curiosity and the pursuit of new ideas, seeking God’s wisdom as we explore opportunities and solutions that enhance the lives of our clients and the impact of our work. What Let Her Rise, LLC Expect From Its Clients:

● Commitment to growth - Clients are expected to be committed to personal and spiritual growth, actively engaging in the process of transformation and self-improvement. That includes attending every session and being on time. Any client more than 10 minutes late will need to be rescheduled. Only ONE free reschedule allowed. Any additional sessions needing to be rescheduled will be done at a $35 fee. Romans 12:2 ● Honesty and Openness - Clients should be honest and open in their communication, willing to share their thoughts, struggles, and experiences to facilitate effective coaching. Be open minded and willing to implement what we talk about. “He who claims to know everything gains nothing.” Ephesians 4:25 ● Faithfulness In Application - Success looks a lot like work. It's not about what you learn in this program that will make the difference, it’s about what you implement what you learn that will change everything! Clients are expected to faithfully apply the biblical principles and practical steps discussed during sessions to their daily lives. James 1:22 ● Respect for God’s Timing - We will go as fast as we can, but as slow as we have to. We may see results immediately, or we may need to do some foundation work first in order to build the foundation. Stay the course. If you want to win, you have to commit to the whole season! Clients should have patience and respect for God’s timing in their journey, trusting that progress may be gradual but purposeful. Ecclesiastes 3:1 ● Willingness to Forgive - Clients are encouraged to cultivate a spirit of forgiveness, both toward themselves and others, recognizing the healing power of grace. Ephesians 4:32 ● Lastly, Copyrighted Information - Client shall not share materials provided by Let Her Rise, LLC in any matter outside of the use between Client and Let Her Rise, LLC

TERMINATION

Let Her Rise, LLC will do its best to match the needs of each client, which is determined at the time of the Discovery Call. If Client is dissatisfied with the services of Let Her Rise, LLC, please send a detailed email to [email protected]. In a spirit of unity and transparency, Let Her Rise, LLC and Clients should communicate with each other throughout this Agreement. If Let Her Rise, LLC or Client is dissatisfied with the other, there will be open and honest conversation with no repercussions from either side. If the conversation does not resolve the issue and this agreement is terminated by either party, the terminating party must provide a fourteen (14) day written notice to [email protected]. (written notice may include electronic communication, and proof of submission is required). This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect until a written Termination Agreement has been agreed to and signed by both parties. In the event either party shall be dissatisfied, and legal remedy is sought, it is hereby agreed that mediation shall be the first course of action before any suits are filed in court.

REFUNDS

Should Client terminate the Agreement prior to its completion as outlined on “Services”, Client shall be responsible for one-half (1/2) of the balance due at the time of Termination. If Client pre-paid, one-half (1/2) of the remaining amount shall be refunded to Client. Should Let Her Rise, LLC terminate Agreement prior to its completion as outlined on “Services”, Let Her Rise, LLC shall not require Client to pay additional funds after Termination, but only pay for the calls completed. If Client prepaid, Let Her Rise, LLC will refund the entire remaining portion of the balance prepaid at termination.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Let Her Rise, LLC shall not disclose Confidential Information to any third party in any form without Client’s prior written consent. Let Her Rise, LLC shall not disclose Confidential Information to any personnel or agents without the need to know such information. Except as otherwise provided below, information shall not be considered confidential hereunder nor subject to the provisions of this section if it can be demonstrated: (i) to have been rightfully in Let Her Rise, LLC’s possession prior to the date of the disclosure of such information to Let Her Rise, LLC, if such prior possession was not otherwise subject to a restriction on disclosure; (ii) to have been in the public domain prior to the date of the disclosure of such information to Let Her Rise, LLC; (iii) to have become part of the public domain by publication or by any other means except an unauthorized act or omission on the part of Let Her Rise, LLC, or (iv) to have been supplied to Let Her Rise, LLC without restriction by a third party who is under no obligation to maintain such information in confidence. Confidential Information shall not be deemed to be generally available to the public or in Let Her Rise, LLC’s possession merely because it may be embraced by a more general disclosure, or merely because it may be derived from combinations of disclosures generally available to the public or in Let Her Rise, LLC’s possession.

SPECIFIC PERFORMANCE

As part of the Services, Let Her Rise, LLC will use techniques and methods that have proven successful in the past in accordance with reasonable industry standards. This does not, however, guarantee that they will be successful for Client. Because every audience and product is different, Let Her Rise, LLC cannot guarantee specific performance of the Services. Life coaching is distinct from counseling and therapy. As coaches, we are not clinically licensed therapists or mental health professionals. Our role is to serve as accountability partners, cheerleaders, and motivators, providing guidance and support to help clients achieve their personal and spiritual goals. Life coaching should not be construed as a substitute for professional mental health care, and clients are encouraged to seek appropriate therapeutic or medical services when necessary.

CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its conflict of laws doctrine, and applicable federal laws of the United States of America. ASSIGNMENT This Agreement shall not be transferred or assigned, in whole or in part, by either Party to any third party without the express written consent of the other Party. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY CLIENT AGREES THAT IT IS USING Let Her Rise, LLC’s SERVICES AT ITS OWN RISK. CLIENT RELEASES LET HER RISE, LLC FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS OF DAMAGES THAT MAY RESULT FROM ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THIS AGREEMENT, ALL ACTIONS, CAUSES OF ACTION, CONTRACT CLAIMS, SUITS, COSTS, DEMANDS, AND DAMAGES OF WHATEVER NATURE OR KIND IN LAW OR IN EQUITY ARISING FROM THIS AGREEMENT. LET HER RISE, LLC ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY WRITTEN MATERIALS OR CORRESPONDENCE TO CLIENT.
